Missing cords

Sounds profound, eh? Well, the truth is, my mom (aka "Grandma") stole the cord that transmits pictures from my camera to the computer. She says I will get it back when I bring her newest grandson to visit her - I'll believe it when I see it.

The other day I was happily typing away on my computer when I realized that the power cord was not working. So I fiddled with it a little bit and it began to spark and smell like electrical fire! I put it on the front patio for my husband to find when he came home.

So, no new pictures because I can't transfer them, and no old pictures because this is not my computer and there are no pictures on this dinosaur!

Oh, and by the way...

Blah blah blah blah blah blah blog. (RK told me to write that.)

I admit it---I have two camera/computer cords and Amy has none. Since this also means I am not receiving new pictures of Baby Erik, I am paying a high price for my crime. In just a few more days, however, we will all be together and Amy will have her cord back!

Sounds like your son is doing so well and you are taking good care of your birthmom.

There will come a time that it will feel natural not to say that your son is adopted. B and J will explain if people press on the age differences between Baby M and their natural daughter (8 months), which is fine by me. I want Baby M to grow feeling as normal as possible and not that she has a stamp on her forehead that say "adopted".

Hope things are well...when you have time I would love to have some "soup" with you again.
