Big day!

I am thrilled to announce the arrival of our first car seat! We're so excited, and would really like to thank our family and friends for all your support. The 3-year road to this car seat was an emotional and amazing learning experience. Please join us as we welcome this car seat into our family.

Punky says, "Yawn, aren't I so cute?" I am thinking about strapping him in the car seat and having him sleep near us at night.

OOOOhhhh ... a bouncing baby car seat!

I double-dog-dare-you to throw your purse in it and carry it around at the mall!

Think of all the fun you could have ... accidentally dropping it ... rolling it down the escalator ... putting in on the elevator and waving to it saying, "Mommy's gonna' take the stares. I'll see you up there!"

Ha ha! Too bad I don't have one of the infant mannequins from the Red Cross that I could strap in there and carry around. I could go to the food court and pretend it was choking.

You do know that I wore a crown for my last IUI, don't you? I wouldn't put it past myself to go for the purse car seat. Actually, if I had a partner in crime (i.e. you) I'd be more likely to do it.

Oooohhh... it's so cute! Is it a boy or girl? How old? And what did you name the little cutie??

No... wait. Oh! Sorry. Practicing for when there's a baby in it.

I definitely think you should put your purse in it. While wearing your tiara. Walking backwards. And singing "We all live in a yellow submarine."
I do not recommend doing this around your homestudy worker though. :-)
